The event consists of 3 parts:

Introduction

Opening the space, agreement on rules and introduction to this kind of practice. 

Body Practice

Special practice for men to ground and clearly understand their current state. Practice is done in groups of 2-3 men and involves physical touch.

Group Practice

In this activity, every participant has an opportunity to connect with the initial masculine polarity and express it. This a way of a dialogue between men that helps to open up, heal, understand and realise. A beautiful way to be brave and strong to stand in front of men.

For males to be strong and grounded, it's very important to see reality as it is. With the help of practices, we offer a safe space to touch actual questions of life, see the suffering and struggle from different angles and by sharing the experience to understand better the way of nature. Some men in this event receive the power to tackle deep questions in life, and some get healing that they haven't gotten from fathers and teachers.

Masculine energy is something that sits in every human being and is expressed more in the male body. Nowadays a lot of men struggle with spiritual, family and professional questions due to suppressed and disconnected masculine energy. Currently, the whole society is not supporting males therefore disharmony takes place and different negative expressions happen.

In order to achieve the state of awakening, one needs to understand and remove all the dirt that blocks the true potential to open up. Those who are developed more and have reached certain levels of inner light need a practical and strategical support (wisdom) to maintain this state and be active in so-called real or practical life. Spending 4 hours together is only a small step on this path, but very needed to sustain growth.

An awakened male is a human with dominant masculine energy that walks the path of light by supporting others on their path. Awakened male clearly understands the tasks of the family, ancestors and Universe and together with this energy is supported in very grounded daily activities.

Refocusing on the inner world in a shared space helps to recognise blocks and inner mud from the inner true life force. It brings transformation and true support from other males. One needs to release the tension, and inner mud and become awakened to guide oneself throughout life and see the Path. In every Male circle we touch some particular topics - this time we will touch limiting beliefs and viruses of consciousness which block masculine power and true life force. In other words - we will ask seeks an answer to the question - what guides me? Under what forces I am walking? Where my true energy goes?

By making a donation you support the premises of the event and the development of the Wings to Awakening organisation. Neither Teacher nor the support team is providing any kind of services to the participants. We are not asking money for “energy exchange”.  Practice is purely on a suggested donation basis and is open to all. Your sincere donation will support meditation centre facilities and support investments needed for the future availability of the practices. We kindly ask you to register so that we can predict the total number of participants. If you wish to attend at the last minute, please submit a donation on the spot (cash).

Awakened Male Circle by Wings to Awakening is a regular activity conducted in a different manner. In some of our meetings, we build something together, in some -  we help others or do a sauna. If you are interested in a future event or cannot attend a particular event, feel free to leave your email for updates and invitations.

The host has been organising male events since 2020 with more than 500 participants. This has given a deep understanding of how to support males and what tools can be beneficial for males.

Gunar is a practitioner of Vipassana, Dzogchen and Tai-Chi, Founder of Wings to Awakening.

More than 14 years on the spiritual path in different Buddhism, psychology, esoteric and holistic schools in Japan, Nepal, Thailand and Europe. He is offering talks and sharing experiences in various retreats and rituals. Practically, supported 800+ people worldwide with holistic therapies and actively continuing the path. Gunars is supporting and consults retreat organizers, teachers and holistic methods practitioners in their work to maintain ethics in spirituality. Gunars works professionally in Latvian, English and Russian languages in multicultural environments.
