BEYOND EGO

"ON THE PATH OF SELF-REALIZATION, WHO IS HURTING YOU IS LESS IMPORTANT THAN REALIZING WHO IS THE ONE WHO HAS BEEN HURT"

Universal practice to learn about the ways how ego is influencing our world in order to recognize and release unconscious levels of the mind. Arrogance, fear and deep ignorance are part of our suffering on this beautiful planet. Sooner or later one needs to see the cause of the suffering clearly. If one suffers due to ignorance, one makes others suffer as well.

Full moon practice and introduction are carried out in three parts - learning (Discourse), recognizing (meditation), and unlearning (metta healing). In the theory part teachers present common ways of the ego, their roots, and consequences. In many cases, insights about possible health and mental issues are provided. Over the discussion among the participants, we learn possible mutations of the aspects of ego and real-life stories. Practice is conducted on a full moon to get nature's support in opening up the dark side of the mind.

Usually, we meditate with the camera on. 

Feel free to light a candle during our process.

Please note that use of the mobile phones during practice in the facilities is prohibited.
