MASCULINITY?

You are being invited to a men’s re-sourcing day organised by Wings to Awakening. We will use a retreat format as your opportunity to connect with your awakened masculine core, in order to return to your community resourced.

Men’s Re-sourcing Day is taking place in Brighton/Hove area to access the power of the sea.

We have been holding awakened male gatherings in London each month covering key questions in male growth and mental development. We have seen deep transformations happening in the sacred space when men are together and opening up. In these magical moments we lose the sense of competition, we remove our armour and allow ourselves to grow/zoom out of our daily routines to extract wisdom and see life from new perspectives.

In these gatherings, we explore our relationships with the feminine, the masculine, our parents, and our mission. We learn how to express ourselves and to bring awareness to what is really happening in our lives beyond the fear of expansion, fear of being neglected, hurt by other men, etc.

We empower ourselves and each other by getting out in nature and building our sacred fire.

Over the course of the day we will be looking at these questions:

Which parts of me want to become alive? (Theme = Mission, Core)

What is getting ready, in me, to be brought out into the light? (Theme = Removing obstacles)

How could I learn to allow myself to keep on waking up, to trust - to expand more fully into my life? (Theme = Expansion)

How could gratitude help me to open up to more abundance in my life? (Theme = Abundance)

How am I responding to the energies around me? (Theme = Feminine)

The intention of the day is to re-source ourselves to be better equipped for what lies ahead in our personal lives by exploring what guides us and where our true energy goes.

To keep our space safe for you and the others, we ask you:

To have a digital phone detox during the whole retreat.

To avoid attendance under the influence of any substances and alcohol.

Who can attend: All men aged 25+, all colours, all ethnicities and all religious beliefs are welcome.

I bring grounding, love, wisdom and clarity. I have been organising male events since 2020, with more than 500 participants, giving me a deep understanding of how to support men, using a range of processes and resources.

• Meeting at the location in the Brighton/Hove area at 10 AM.
• Planned finish time of the event - 8 PM
• Details of the exact location and other technical information will follow after the registration.
• We will be outside for the duration of the event. Dress appropriately.
• Bring your own food and drinks you will need for the duration of the day (ideally to share with other men)
