What is a “Kundalini Activation” or Life Force Energy transmission may you ask?

So-called “Kundalini Activations” have grown in popularity recently through social media where eye-capturing videos are shared of people’s bodies dancing involuntarily while the facilitator performs different gestures around the person. While this is indeed an interesting experience to capture on camera this is only the tip of the iceberg to this healing modality.

Firstly “Kundalini” or “kundalini awakenings” tend to carry many warnings, as soon as it is entered in a Google search as many wonder what this new energetic health “trend” is about.

”Kundalini Activation” is simply a transmission of LIFE FORCE ENERGY which enters from the TOP of the CROWN, down towards the root chakra, gradually builds up and eventually begins to flow in both ways.

It is a Top-Down approach to bringing “HEAVEN down to EARTH”. In other active, self-induced modalities such as Kundalini Yoga, Breath-work exercises, Qi Gong and more, the coiled Kundalini Energy at the ROOT chakra is FORCED to be raised up the chakras with heavy breathing exercises, long pauses, hand and eye focus and so on- this is a “DOWN to TOP” approach.  This is usually the modality the warnings are circulating about but since they are “marketed” under the same term it can easily be mixed up and forcefully raising this energy can indeed lead to misalignments if the body & consciousness are not ready to contain it.

But what are the expected manifestations of receiving a Life Force Energy transmission in this setting?
