About the Event

We invite you to the very special workshop - Ways of the Ego - online mediation and Dhamma talk.

Arrogance, fear and deep ignorance are part of our suffering here on this fantastic planet. Many of us struggle to deal with the consequences of our actions. Sooner or later we need to clearly see the cause of the suffering. In our small group, we will do practice where each one will be seeking and healing his/her own dark sides. Space will be held by a teacher and a few support staff.

In the topic of Ego, the right understanding is the key.  Nobody will push you or make you work with yourself. This practice is conducted together to the benefit of each participant and the benefit of the whole society. We will share the live practice of understanding the ways of the Ego so that we can be more loving and caring to others and ourselves.

We shall open the field to remove all conceptual approach towards EGO and clearly experience the benefits of the heart way.

Most qualitative and deepest work can be done only when you practice face-to-face and in facilities that are already prepared for deep work.

Any spiritual practitioner is invited, mostly those who want to achieve more clarity (awareness) about the Ego and Ego in a relationship.

Participation is on a donation basis (up to 40 people).

Gunar will be sharing Ways of the Ego in order for each one to feel and be aware of the Ego.
